At Owen Lewis, we strive to deliver your bathtub products quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding order processing, delivery times, costs, and shipping methods. Please review the details carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, along with tracking details when the item ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your bathtub products. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (extra charges apply).
- Freight Delivery (for large bathtub items): 7–14 business days, depending on the carrier’s schedule and your location.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high-demand seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Free standard shipping may be available on select promotions or orders above a certain amount (as specified on our website).
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@owenlewis.store with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- In the rare case that your shipment is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund.
7. Order Changes & Address Corrections
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
- If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After the order has been processed, address changes may not be possible.
- Additional charges may apply for re-shipping due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Delayed Deliveries
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control may occur. We are not liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
