At Owen Lewis, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality bathtub products and a smooth shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy is designed to ensure transparency and peace of mind. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or may be subject to a partial refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Customized or special-order bathtubs.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@owenlewis.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Safely package the product in its original box with all accessories.
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item delivered).
- Partial refunds may be issued for products that are not returned in their original condition or are missing parts.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at support@owenlewis.store for further instructions.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos of the damage for verification purposes. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the product has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be possible, and our standard return policy will apply.
